Benefits of the e-Visa

• No need to submit your physical passport or photo

• All documents can be submitted by email

• The visa is issued as a QR code and sent by email on the day of approval

• Faster processing compared to paper visas

 

How to Use the e-Visa

• Open the QR code sent to your email on a smartphone or tablet

• Show the visa screen to the immigration officer upon arrival in Japan

• Screenshots or printed copies are not valid

• An internet connection is required to access the visa (airport Wi-Fi available)

• You will be asked to enter your date of birth and passport number to view the visa

 

How to Apply for an e-Visa

1. Prepare the required documents listed below

2. Send all documents by email

3. We will review your documents and proceed with the application

 

Required Documents

• Passport-style photo (taken within the last 6 months)

• Passport copy (color scan of the information page, full page visible)

• ARC (Alien Registration Card), front and back
  ※ For F-visa holders (family/spouse), submit a Certificate of Alien Registration (C322B)

• Flight reservation confirmation

• Accommodation reservation (applicant’s name must be shown)

• Bank balance certificate (recently issued by your bank)

• Schedule of stay

• Visa application form
