연말연시 비자업무 휴무안내

연말연시 영사관 휴무로 인해 12월 25일부터 1월 4일까지 비자 업무가 잠시 중단됩니다.

12월 24일까지 접수된 신청도 비자 발급은 1월 5일 이후 진행되며, 해당 기간에는 방문 접수는 어렵고 우편 접수만 가능합니다. 또한 1월 5일 이후 신청하시는 경우에는 출국 일정을 1월 15일 이후로 여유 있게 잡으시는 것을 권장드립니다.

참고로 워킹홀리데이 비자 사전접수도 같은 기간 동안 휴무입니다.

Notice of Visa Services Suspension During the Year-End and New Year Holidays

Please note that visa services will be suspended from December 25, 2025 to January 4, 2026 due to the Japanese Consulate’s year-end and New Year holidays.

During this period, in-person applications will not be accepted, but applications by mail are still available.

Visa issuance and services will resume on or after January 5, 2026.

Please also note that Working Holiday visa pre-registration will be suspended during the same period.
